Hi, I'm Shari, Owner & Founder of InKNOWnative.

This Is My Story

I'm a dedicated Psychological Safety Coach and a Certified Practitioner with The Fearless Organization (FCP). 

I've had a rich career in the agile space, and have played a pivotal role in supporting and leading numerous agile transformations. 

As a certified Scaled Agile Framework Practice Consultant (SPC6), I deliver training for SAFe certifications, empowering teams and organizations to excel in their agile journeys.

I'm passionate about fostering inclusive and high-performing work environments, and I'm on a mission to integrate psychological safety into organizations worldwide, driving meaningful cultural change and unlocking the full potential of individuals and teams.

I grew up in an agile environment and didn't know it. My mother was a professional artist illustrating architectural, garden, and graphic design. She had two walls dedicated to visualizing her work-in-progress---large foam-core boards with a grid, sprinkled with index cards. My mother had a two wall Kanban Board in her office. Little did I know that I'd be using them in my future agile career.

One of my fondest childhood memories was painting murals with my mother. I'm grateful I have friends I've painted murals with as one of my many interests. I enjoy world travel, climbing, and exploring new foods.
